How do I ensure users receive Conversation Notes?

Some users may raise a query where they are set up to receive conversation notes, but do not actually receive them. If conversation notes are not sending to particular people or if they are only sending to one recipient this is because the contact diary is not ticked within their user account.
In order for specific users to receive conversation notes, they must be set up correctly within: Admin User > Admin - Users Tab. For this particular example we will use the account of .
Search for the users name who you believe should be receiving contact notes within the User Search field and then drill into their user profile. Within their user profile you can see that there is a Contact Diary tick-box:
If this box is un-ticked the user will not receive conversation notes regardless of whether they have been set up to receive them in parameters. Once ticked the account is set as eligible to receive notes moving forward.
