The Supplementary Invoices attached to a Vehicle’s sale invoice, will not print out from Vehicles > Invoicing > Print. Why is this?
Answer
The main cause of this is because of the way documents are created in the system.
When invoicing, if you do not print them at the point of creation, there will not be a document attached to the Vehicle Stock Card and therefore you will not have the ability to reprint it.
This rule also applies to supplementary invoices.
To resolve this you will have to cancel the vehicle invoice, using Invoicing > Cancel, and then run the invoice routine again, ensuring that the documents are printed when prompted. This will print out both the sales and supplementary invoice and then again, every time the Invoicing > Print option is used.
