How do I clock Users off Jobs?

If you are reviewing the Current Technician Status report within Workshop > Reporting > Time Management > Technician Status and you can see there are users clocked into jobs that should not be then please follow the below steps to rectify.
Only the user who is incorrectly clocked onto a job can rectify this.
The user will need to log in to Tech+ using their regular Pinewood DMS credentials.
Then once they have logged into the Tech+ App, they will need to select the correct Workshop Department that the job is in:
Once in here the user will need to select the lines in the bottom left hand corner:
The user will then need to click Clock Out:
This will then remove the User from the Technician Status report.
