📝 Why are Load Hours not pulling through?

Question

 Why are no load hours pulling through when selecting items from the Outstanding Work prompt? 

Answer

 If using the Outstanding Workshop prompt to add work as below -

If there are no Load Hours pulling through for any of the items as per the example below -

This will be because there is either no dictionary item associated to the requirement or there are no load hours populated within an associated dictionary item.

Within Workshop > Parameters > Dictionary, see in the example below the Contact Reason is listed as Service -

However the Load Hours have 0.00. Add the required Load Hours and select Save.

Now when adding the requirement from the Outstanding Requirements prompt, see the Load Hour has carried through -

This can be carried out on other items such as MOT -
