There are no No Miscellaneous Costs appearing to Invoice to INTVM - how do I resolve this?
Answer
The below video details how to add Miscellaneous Costs to appear, when trying to invoice a job to the INTVM account. If there are no Nominal Codes to add the charge values to, the job cannot invoice and will instead revert to a status of 'Pending Invoice'. Until you can enter the charges to post to a Nominal Code you will be unable to invoice that job.
