Why is there a Disabled Technician Account showing on the Workshop Time Analysis Report?
Answer
A change has been made to the Time Analysis report under WRK > Time Analysis > Time Analysis Report tab so that users who have any clockings, post hours, awarded hours, or absences over the date range being reported on will be included in the report regardless of their system role or whether they have been deactivated.
In the scenario that you have a user being included in the report that you believe shouldn't be included, check the following areas to see if the user has any data for the range being reported on:
- Workshop > Reporting > Time Management > Clockings
- Workshop > Time Analysis > Post Hours
- Workshop > Time Analysis > Award Hours
- Workshop > Parameters > Technician Details > Details
If there is any data for the Technician in these reports, this will be why they are showing in the Workshop Time Analysis Report.
