Why is the Fixed Price Box greyed out on a Workshop Invoice?
Answer
If the Fixed Price box is ticked and greyed out when you are attempting to invoice a workshop job. This means that the Fixed Price parameter is disabled.
To resolve this, you will need to go into Workshop > Parameters > Parameters > Fixed Price Tab
You will have to tick the "Enable the fixed price at Invoice" parameter and add an access level.
The access level will not allow any users who do not have high enough access to make any amendments.
NOTE: Access Level needs to be between 1-99, an access level of 0 will leave the box greyed out.
Percentage: The value entered into this field will determine what percentage of the write off / uplift will be written back to the labour nominal code.
Nominal code: A nominal is required for any parts write off / uplift during the fixed price process.
