Why does a Technician have Repeating Hours on the Time Analysis Report?
Answer
If a Technician has repeating hours on the Time Analysis report in multiple locations where the statistics are repeated too such as the attended, worked and chargeable hours.
The reason for this error is because the user has a Manage Location set up on his account. Unfortunately, we do not support Manage Locations for Technicians for this reason, as it will cause issues with the reporting side of things within the Time Analysis report.
We do not recommend Technicians use one profile to log into multiple different workshops as it will only use the data generated from the original home location in which they are situated in.
If you go into Administration > User Admin > Users:
You can see that the User's Home Location is set:
If you now have a look at the Manage Locations Tab, you will notice another location here. Click on the location, press Remove Location and then close
