I can't attach or view the customer's mobile number when sending a VHC SMS message?
Answer
The reason you are not able to view the prefilled number attached within the Mobile field carrying out a VHC workshop job is that there is a parameter set up which has been left incomplete.
As a result, the pop-up field for the Mobile contact number will be left empty and you will not be able to send the VHC via SMS.
Please go to Workshop > Parameters > Health Check > Parameters to view and amend and SMS message/Footer message.
The Footer and SMS Message is left incomplete which is the reason why therefore text needs to be inserted on both sections for Pinewood DMS to prefill the contact number towards the VHC SMS messages.
Please Note: Users may still be unable to send VHC SMS messages to customers despite the parameter set up. If so the user must check if the Customer Contact Preferences is set to allow communication via contact methods on CRM > Enquiry screen - Contact tab.
