Question

How To View Tech+ Write-ups in Pinewood DMS?

Answer

There are multiple areas where technician write-ups can be viewed in the DMS.

Note: The Write-Up icon will be blue if no write-ups are recorded, and will turn green when notes have been added. 

 1. Workshop > Job Progress. Select Job from progress status or search bar.

2. Workshop > Jobs > Amend Job. Go into Job Details tab

3. Workshop > Invoicing > Produce Invoice. Go into the Invoice details tab and click on the pencil icon.

4. Workshop > Planning > Planner - click into the operation line and select Technician Write-Ups line.

5. Workshop > Reporting > Repair Order Register. Select an invoice and view the write-ups tab (only visible where Write Up Information has been added).

6. CRM > Enquiry > Service Details. Select an invoice and view the write-up tab here ( again- this is only visible where Write Up Information has been added).
