How can a Technician issue Parts onto a workshop job, using Tech+?

Answer

The TECH+ app will now allow technicians to view issued parts, issue pre picked parts,
add parts and use a barcode scanner to add parts to a workshop job.

When a technician is clocked on to an operation within the TECH+ app they now have the ability
to view, issue and add parts to the job they are working on. When they view a job and go to the
operation details they can now see a parts tab – in here they can see the details of all parts that
are issued on to the operation (they will only see issued parts and will not be able to make any
changes here).

When clocked on to an operation a technician now has the option along the top to select the
parts screen. The first screen they will see is the parts issued on the top ordered by operation.

Once clocked onto the operation, users can select the β€˜Add Parts’ option;

This can be done by searching the parts number.

Technicians are also able to issue any reserved parts against jobs.

When issuing parts, technicians are able to select which operation these are to be issued to.

To use Parts within Tech+, there will need to be Technician Product groups available.

These will need to be set within Parts > Parameters > Department Details >Dept Details 2;
