How do I view Overdue Handover Appointments in Sales+?
Answer
At the bottom left of the "Handover" screen there is an 'Overdue' button available:
This will show a list of all overdue appointments from the last 365 days, up to and including, the current date for all users.
When selecting the overdue appointment, you will now be able to navigate to the customer handover page to complete the handover.
Once the handover is complete, this will navigate to the Recent Contact Details screen to add the contact history.
