How do I enable the SMS Vehicle Health Check function so that we are able to send the customer a text message of their health check?
Answer
To view navigate within the system to: Workshop > Parameters > Health Check > Parameters > Department Tab.
See the SMS Message box. Add the text you require and add the $U symbol, this is the URL embedding that is required to view the health check.
For this to be able to function, you are required to have the HTML email set up. This is set within:
CRM > Parameters > Communications > Workshop
