Question

Within Showroom, why am I unable to view full contact history under a customer’s name?

Answer

This may be due to the group by drop down under the contact history screen.

Contact history can be viewed under CRM and Showroom. 

Showroom > My Work> Open Opportunities 

To see the contact history, click on the lines on the right hand side and double click into view contact history tab.

Once this has been clicked into the contact history report appears. However, as the group by tab is drilled down to sales opportunity the rest of the contact history will not show.

It will only show sales opportunities which are either opened or closed. This can cause an issue as it looks like there has been no contact with the customer.

However to see the rest of the contact history the user will need to change the group by to flat view as shown below. Now all other contact with customer appears.
