How can I add a future next contact via showroom?

Answer

After a order has been added, a future contact will also need to be added. 

The date of the future contact will default to todays date. This can be amended by either manually entering the date or by selecting the date using the calendar button next to the date. 

After completing the fields for the future contact, click Save. The contact will then show in Appointments and in My Orders.
