How to process Leads in Showroom?

Showroom > Showroom > My Work > Leads

You should see the leads that have fed through and they should show in the un-assigned leads in this tile you need need to get the salespeople to:

Click the line option, then Add Customer Contact

From here the salespeople can add the contact history that they have spoken to the customer and that they have picked up and dealt with the lead.

This can then be split into the two next stages:

1) Next Contact

This allows you to say when you will next meet or contact the customer and they NEED to make sure that they assign the lead to the salesperson here.

2) Continue With Opportunity

This is where, as above, they go through other details with the customer, such as their desired vehicle or other details the salesperson may want to go over, they can then add the next contact when they want but they will need to do this at some point.

Make sure when creating the next contact that the salespeople assign it to themselves
