Why is my customer's order showing under the wrong users profile?
Answer
When a vehicle is being ordered, the vehicle order will be stored in the user profile of the user that created the desired vehicle with in the customers profile.
This will always happen if the customer order is in a user's name that did not create the desired vehicle with in the customer profile.
The system reads the user that created the desired vehicle for the customer as the sales person of the vehicle even if another user will create the order and arrange the handover.
The first image displays the user that created the desired vehicle on the customer profile, displaying this information from the customers CRM record.
The second imaged displays the order in the users "My Orders" that created the desired vehicle for the customer, the image will also display the order being in a different users name.
The Third Image will display on the customers Showroom profile and the user that is going to do the hand over with the customer.
