How do I install a VPN?
Answer
In order to use your VPN, please visit the following URL: https://vpn.pinnacledms.net within an Internet Explorer browser.
Once on this screen, please enter your Username and Password for your VPN. This will allow you access into the VPN and the wizard will download the VPN software to your PC.
You’ll get a pop-up to inform you that you’re connected to the VPN. Once you see this, you can then access your Pinewood DMS URL.
To access the VPN again you will need to search 'Cisco' in your start menu and enter vpn.pinnacledms.net and then your Username and Password again.
