I am getting the error 'Your administrator has not Granted Access to this App' when signing into an App - how do I resolve this?
Answer
This will be set up within the User Admin profile for the user that needs access.
Go to: Admin > User Admin - Search for the user's name and then drill into their profile.
Once in their profile you need to click the 'Access Levels' tab where you will see 'Application Access' tick boxes on the right hand side:
To grant access, simply tick the application you wish to grant access to for this user and click save.
*PLEASE NOTE*: You will be unable to tick the application boxes if the user has been ticked as a Time User account first. You will need to untick the Time User box within their profile and then you will be able to tick the Application Access boxes. Once this has been done, the Time User box can be re-ticked.
