How to Delete Users from Pinewood DMS?
Answer
A user cannot be 'Deleted' from the system as the data held against that user would also be deleted at the same time, affecting any historic reporting within Pinewood DMS.
To prevent a user's access to the system, go to Administration > User Admin and click the Users tab.
In here search for the user who needs removing and double click into their record.
Click Edit.
Then change the enabled flag to 'Unticked'.
Click Save.
This will then prevent the user accessing the system but will leave the record in the user list for any future reference.
