How can I view My Tickets in the Support Portal?
Answer
In order to view any currently open or previously logged Support Tickets, you will need to click the arrow next to your username in the Support Portal:
After doing this, select 'My activities':
This will then open the 'My requests' page and you will be able to view and search for any open or previously logged tickets:
Selecting a request will open the detail of the Ticket:
