How do I raise a Live Chat?
This article will demonstrate how to raise a quick and easy live chat with one of our Support Consultants.Β
Please Note: Our Chat operating hours are between 8 am and 5:30 pm. Any messages left outside of these hours will automatically raise a Support Ticket and a Support Consultant will respond via email.Β

To open a chat, click the Support Button from the Side Menu within Pinewood DMS
In the new window, in the bottom right-hand corner, a Message bubble will display:
Clicking this will present our Support Bot, from here click Contact Support.
The bot will then ask a series of questions to connect you through to the appropriate agent.
It will start by asking you to select your region and for all UK customers, please select UK & Ireland.
After selecting Send, please enter your name.
Select Send and enter your email address.
Click Send and then select the DMS Area of your problem, if your issue does not fall under any of the available options, please select 'Something Else'.
It will then ask you how this is impacting you.
At this stage, it will then ask for a description of the issue which the agent can use to help best assess the query.
You are able to use the paperclip to upload any screenshots to help with your query.
An agent will then read through the details entered and look into your query.
