If users have their own domain email address to send emails from the DMS, your IT Team will need to make the following changes to the Domain SPF txt record:
Please Remove:
Then replace these with include:mail.pinewooddms.com
If you are unsure if this applies, please send the above to your IT Team or your Email provider who will be able to check and make the relevant changes for you.
Without making these changes, you may experience issues with some emails not being sent from the DMS.
