How do I clear temporary files and cookies on Internet Explorer?

Answer

If you need to do this, please close all internet explorer pages apart from the one you are in then go to Internet Explorer - Tools and then Internet Options.

Then Under the General Tab - Browsing History - Click Settings and ensure that Every Time I Visit to the Webpage is selected and disk space to use is 1024:

Then Press the View Files button and then select the CRTL + A buttons to select all files on the keyboard and hit delete.

Then reload Pinewood DMS and the issue should then be resolved.
