'Unable to log in. Active user limit has been reached.' - How do I resolve this?
Answer
A dealership will only purchase however many User Licences they require.
Once the number of users who can be logged in at once has been reached - it will not allow anyone else to log in.
In order for a user to log in, someone will either need to sign out of Pinewood DMS, or an account may need to be de-activated.
The on-site administrator can also contact the Business Support team if they would like to increase the amount of active users their site can have.
