Why isn't the Card Terminal name showing in Manage Terminals?

To check why your Card terminal name is showing, go to Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Ledger Parameters > select your nominal ledger division selection.
Within the Parameters tab, click into Card Payment Parameters > Manage Terminals.
Search for the terminal by entering the terminal name, IP address and location. Click search. This will show you the manage terminal.
If the terminal you are looking for doesn’t show, in the same screen enter the terminal name, IP address, location and select the model number and click add.
Your terminal will then be pulled through to the list as shown.
You can also delete terminals within this screen by clicking the red 'x' if you need to amend or remove completely from the list.
It will show a pop up if you are sure to delete the item, click yes and this will remove the terminal from the list.
