Why are there no Card Details displayed on my Invoice?

Answer

If you have taken a payment via Pay+ and there are no Card Details displayed, this is due to the App or below window being closed before the payment has processed.

This will still have successfully invoiced the payment for the customer, and the transaction will show in the Credit Card/ PDQ Control Nominal code (and in any other relevant reports) it just will not have Card Details on the invoice.

The App or above window should not be closed until the system has confirmed payment has been successful, this will be done automatically. This will ensure the Card Details are always populated on the invoices. 

Unfortunately, there is not a way to retrieve the card details to be displayed on the invoice. This payment will also not show on the Sales Ledger Card Report.
