I am unable to amend or delete contract maintenance for a vehicle, how do I fix this?
Answer
If you are within the CRM > Enquiry > Service Details screen and you are unable to amend or delete the Contract Maintenance set up for a vehicle (Buttons will be greyed out):

This is will be because one or more of the following conditions haven't been met:
* The Vehicle and Customer record are not in the same location
* There is an existing booking or job already open for the Vehicle
If the above conditions have been met then a user should have the ability to amend and delete the contract maintenance against a vehicle as they wish.
