When I click 'Start Contacts' in the Aftersales Diary, there are no contacts to process?
Answer
In order for contacts to be displayed once the button has been clicked, you will need to go to CRM > Parameters > Aftersales Parameters and go to the A/S Diary Priority tab. In the bottom right under Contact Led Parameters and tick the applicable Aftersales Contact Reasons. Now any events that have the same contact reason will show within the Aftersales Diary.
