How can I change the Department on a CRM Record?

Answer

In order to change the Department on a CRM Record go to CRM > Enquiry, search for the customer and drill into the record. Then go to the customer tab and click Amend.

Now click on the Department box which will bring up the company structure.

Finally, double click onto the department you would like to set against the CRM record and click Save.
