How do I search for Additional Names of customers?
Answer
Within CRM > Parameters > Dealer Parameters
Parameter Type - Additional Names
- Each Additional Name the User Description can be updated.
- Each Additional Name can be Marked as Active.
If this isn't marked as Active - This will not show.
Note: Activating an Additional Name includes having an additional Company Name.
Now within CRM > Enquiry, you will see the additional names search fields available to use:
