I've created a New Letter but this is not updated in the Aftersales Contact Plan

This is because the letter will need to be updated in the After Sales Diary Contact Plan.Go to CRM > Parameters > Aftersaleds Parameters - Contact Plans tab and in here, on the left hand side select the Contact plan reason i.e MOT.
Then select the letter and click Amend. You can then update the letter here.
