I've entered in the customer's email address onto the CRM record, however I am seeing an error message that says 'The email address entered may be invalid. Please check the details and correct if necessary.'
Answer
The DMS validates emails so ones that don't exists cannot be entered into the system. If you see the following error message when entering in a customer's email address on the CRM record:
This will need to be checked again with the customer and put through an email checker as it means that the email address does not exist.
