What is the internal vehicle creation line?

If you are looking at the service details of a vehicle CRM record and you see a service line which says Internal Vehicle Creation Entry (see below)
This line is created so the system will be able to calculate and generate service reminders. This process cannot be switched off but to amend the service due date you can add a further history line and mark this as a service and the date will recalculate from that date.
