Contacts from the Aftersales Diary are not removing from the diary after processing, how can I change this?

If you are experiencing a scenario where you are processing Aftersales Diary contacts and they aren't being removed afterwards this tends to be due to PC Standards, typically because the 'Check for newer versions of stored pages' should be set to 'Every time I visit the webpage' - if it this is anything other this is usually the cause for this.

The following steps can be followed to make this change:

  • Open up Internet Explorer
  • Click the cog icon in the top right corner
  • Click Internet Options
  • Click Settings
  • Tick "Every time I visit the webpage"
  • Click OK and then Click OK again

After opening a new session of Pinewood DMS this issue should be resolved.
