How to view all CRM amendments in one report?

If you would like to view any amendments that have been made to a CRM record you don't have to look on each individual CRM record. There is a report you can use to get this information. If you go to CRM - Customer Database - Amendments Audit. You can use this to find what you need.
When in this report you can filter by a date range. You can only search on a 31 day period at a time but can go back as far as you wish. You can choose whether you want to look at User amendments which is changes made by a user or data cleanse amendments which are those made using the data cleanse features.
In the company structure button you can choose to view amendments that have been done to records attached to a certain division, branch or department.
You can also choose to view all amendments made by certain users by using the amended by field.
The amendment type can also be changed to filter by deletions, customer changes and vehicle changes.
You can also search by registration and customer name.
