Question

How are service interval defaults applied?

Answer

If a CRM Vehicle record is created that matches a Make setup in the Price list it will use the default set against the make (if available).
If no default is set here it will use the defaults in CRM > Parameters > General Tab

If a CRM Vehicle record is created using the Price List drop downs and a Spec is chosen it will use the defaults set against the spec (if available)
If no default against the spec it will then check for defaults held against the Make in the price list. If there are no defaults set against the Make then it will use the defaults set in CRM > Parameters > General Tab

If a USED VEH Stock Card in VEH Management is created that matches a Make setup in the Price list it will use the default set against the make (if available).
If no default is set here it will use the defaults in CRM > Parameters > General Tab.

If a NEW VEH Stock Card in VEH Management is created and the Spec being chosen has default intervals set these will be used. If no default against the spec it will then check for defaults held against the Make in the price list. If there are no defaults set against the Make then it will use the defaults set in CRM > Parameters > General Tab
