How do I use formulas in selection downloads?

This issue is being caused by the columns having a cell type of "Text" this was changed so leading 0's appear on the data when before excel would cut them off.
e.g. part number 0004564 would appear like 4564
telephone number 0121 697 6500 would appear 121 697 6500
As a result, Formulas cannot be used in Excel without first changing the Cell Settings to have a type of General.
This is done by right clicking on the column and selecting Format Cells. Under the number tab, select Category of General and press ok.
Then when you type the formula into excel it will load the result rather than displaying the actual formula.
