How do I add a vehicle to the demonstrator diary?
Answer
If you are using the demonstrator diary you may want to add or remove a vehicle.
You can do this by going to CRM - Parameters - Demonstrator diary.
Once in here, go to the vehicle information tab and press the add button at the bottom.
You can then search for your vehicle in here. Please note the vehicle must have a CRM record in order to be picked up as a demo vehicle.
You enter a start and end date. The vehicle will not be available in the diary before the start date or after the end date.
Also, the end date is effectively how you delete a vehicle from this demo diary, once this date has passed it will remove automatically.
