How do I book a demo car out to a customer?

If you are using the demo diary you may want to book out a demonstrator to a customer. You can do this by adding a future contact to a customer.
When in the future contact screen there should be a button at the bottom saying demonstrator availability.
This button allows you to check what vehicles are available in which dates. You can then select an activity in the bottom right of demo (these are only available if a sales opportunity is open for the customer)
You can then enter the reg you need in the test drive field. This will then book the customer into the demo diary for the times specified.
