How do I copy service history from one vehicle to another?
Answer
If you want to copy the service history from one vehicle to another, you will need to take note of the history for the first vehicle and then manually add it to the second one.
In order to do that you will need to go to CRM > Enquiry and look for the first vehicle and then go to the Service Details tab where you can see its service history:
You will need to take note of that history and then go back to CRM > Enquiry and look for the other vehicle. Then again you need to go to the Service Details tab and choose the option History Update on the bottom right:
You will now need to click on the option New and start adding the service history details in the fields required:
When adding the details select the tick box for 'Service' if applicable.
Select the Accept button and then you will be able to view the field that you have added:
