📝 Trying To Add Contact History But There Is No Contact Reason

Question

When I am trying to add contact history there is no option for contact reason?

Answer

When adding contact history to a CRM record and you select a Contact Category, there may be no reasons for you to select:

To resolve this go to CRM > Parameters > Dealer Parameters select the Contacts tab. On this screen, select the 'Contact Categories' Button.

Then double click on the options you want to be able to select here. then click save. This will then populate into the service option.
