How do I Create a New Contact Reason?
Answer
If you want to create a new contact reason, navigate to CRM > Parameters > Dealer Parameters.
Select the 'Contacts' Tab.
You will see there a list of the contact reasons that are already active.
In order to create a new one, you will need to choose the 'New' button. This will display all the information required to be completed to create the new reason.
Once you are have entered the correct details, select the 'Accept' button to save.
