📝 The Download Button is Not Appearing in Selections

Question

I am trying to download a selection but the Download button is not appearing? 

Answer

In order for a user to have the option to download the selections report as a Excel file so they can view or print this, the 'Download' button needs to be available for the user. This is driven by a separate Access level within Parameters.

Within CRM > Selections you are able to download this report, for some users it may not be visible the reason for this is due to their CRM access level is lower than the individual access level parameter for downloading these reports.

Firstly, check the users Access level for CRM within Administration > User Admin 

See below, the user has an Access level of 80 within CRM

Now to check the Access level for the downloads button within CRM Selections, go to CRM > Parameters > Dealer Parameters > Enterprise - On the image below you can see it is set to 90. This means anyone with a CRM access level of 90 or above will be able to Download the Selections Report, allowing them to print this.

Within the Selections report, and drilled into the results of this report it can be downloaded by clicking the download button highlighted below.
