Barcode printing is available within Pinewood DMS.
Set up is completed in Parts > Parameters > Department Details > Barcodes:
Under the Parameter Details heading, in the Printer Type option you can choose between Avery or single label printing dependent upon your paper stock source.
Below that you if you want to define the label height, width, top and left margins.
Next, in the Part Number Format drop down, you can select the part number to either print as the Manufacturer’s part number or the System part number.
You can also select whether or not you would like to print the Franchise, Description, Price and Bin Location on the labels.
Once set up has been completed, labels can be printed from within the parts record. Parts > Maintenance > Create/Amend:
In order to see the 'Print Barcode' option, the 'Label' field needs to be ticked.
**Please Note: when single spool printer is selected, the option of Avery printing layout will not be displayed.**
