When trying to access a Till, I have an error message appear saying this Till is locked by “Staff Name”. How do I unlock this?
Solution
If you go to the EPOS module and then go to parameters, you will see the Till Locks button and this will show all tills currently locked, by whom, and for what purpose.
If you double click this, you will see a further pop up asking if you are sure, you want to remove the lock from the till. Click yes and you will have unlocked this.
