Overview
A feature has been added to allow users with the correct access level to amend the Retail Price of a
part during the receipts process.
Summary
For a user to be able to amend the Retail Price of part during the receipts process, the access level will
need to be higher than the one set in Parts > Parameters > Department Details – Parts Maintenance
tab – Receipt Retail Price Amendment.
Once an access level has been set, within the receipts process within Parts > Purchase > Receipts >
Ordered/ Non Ordered when a user has selected to amend a part, if they do not have the correct access
level to amend the retail price of the part record, the field will be displayed but the user will be unable
to amend the value:
If the user does have a higher access level than the one set in parameters, the field will be amendable
as is with previous functionality:
