Within Host+, you will have the option to update customers contact preferences.
Once you have selected a customer, you can see the Contact Preferences box;
Selecting will open a non-editable version of the preferences:
Select the edit icon in the main Customer Information screen to amend either the Customer Details and/ or Contact Preferences:
The Preferences tab will need to be selected:
Once the edits have been made, click Save.
If you do not wish to make any changes, select the Cancel option.
