If you are logging onto Pay+ and the following message comes up:
You will need to click on the Forgotten Password link, highlighted below:
This will send you a e-mail to reset your password. Out of the two links that you get sent if you need to click the 2nd link which will show you dealership name and follow the steps to change your password.
Once you have done this if you then Log into Pinewood DMS then Pay+ you will be able to carry on with Pay+ payments.
Please note - That if you have an expired password on the system you will need to do the above steps to log into Pay+. This is because the expired password link won't pull through to Pay+.
