If you are unable to find a card transaction in Pay+, this will be due to the location you selected when you logged in.
For example, if you are in Department (Workshop), you will not be able to see payments initiated in CRM, Vehicle or Parts.
To change this, in the below screen, click the arrow in the top left hand corner to go back to the location selector:

When in the location selector (below), you will need to choose either the department the payment is in if a CRM, Parts or Workshop payment, or the branch which will allow you to see Vehicles transactions and all of the other transactions.

The ability to change into a different department on Pay+ is dependent on your Home Location set against your system account. If you need access to view another departmentβs payments, please contact your site administrator to allow you to have access to this.
